Information we collect

Hellou.ai is a service operated by AIEMPATHIC TECH CORP DBA Hellou.ai.

We collect the information you provide when using the site, talking to the agent or booking a demo: name, contact details, company and the content of your conversations.

We also collect basic technical data, such as device type and pages visited, to improve the service.

How we use your data

We use your data to respond to your requests, improve the agent, schedule meetings and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Retention and security

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected]. We will handle your request in accordance with applicable law.

Google user data (Gmail / Google Workspace integration)

HellouChat allows a business to connect a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox so that incoming customer emails appear as conversations in the HellouChat inbox and agents can reply from HellouChat. To provide this, we request the Google OAuth scope https://mail.google.com/, which is required to read the connected mailbox over IMAP and to send replies over SMTP.

We use this access only to:

read incoming messages of the connected mailbox and show them to the account’s agents;
send replies written by the account’s agents from that mailbox;
keep the connection alive (OAuth refresh tokens).

We store OAuth tokens encrypted, and email content only within the customer’s own HellouChat account. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except the sub-processors needed to run the service. Google user data is never used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

You can revoke HellouChat’s access at any time by deleting the email inbox in HellouChat or from your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. When an inbox is deleted, the stored tokens are deleted.

HellouChat’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
